Description

Responsible for managing and coordinating all enterprise efforts needed to ensure success of the online channel in meeting revenue targets and customer satisfaction for ordering and fulfillment of Comporium products and services. Reports to SVP of Sales.

Duties

Lead an enterprise cross functional team to ensure that the revenue, fulfillment and customer satisfaction for the online sales channels targets are met.

Work with the e-commerce specialist to insure that the sales funnels and sales processes are optimized for converting and meeting traffic to revenue targets.

Work with media services digital marketing manager to ensure targets are met for search engine optimization of comporium.com and acceptable ROI's for all digital marketing campaigns. 

Work with IT to ensure hosting, site speeds, web hooks and other related site infrastructure for comporium.com are meeting the channels requirements. 

Lead enterprise monthly online channel meetings to update all work groups on sales results, fulfilment & customer satisfaction results and project updates/timelines.

Own and manage the reporting process for the online sales channel and provide timely reports to the SVP of Sales on a weekly and monthly basis. 

Manage other projects as directed by management. 

 

Qualifications

4 year college degree preferred or 5 years web marketing/ecommerce experience

Minimum of 5 years of retail management, digital marketing, project management, and online sales management

Project management, understanding of online sales channels, organizational skills, team leading and collaboration

Google AdWords certification a plus, digital marketing
