Responsible for assisting the business sales team in evaluating current and new customer's needs for business solutions. Participate in planning, designing and presenting business solutions offerings to existing and potential customers that help to close deals and drive revenue. Responsible for prospecting and managing vendor relationships that produce leads and opportunities for the sales team. Working closely with the Director of Business sales to evaluate current and future product solutions, as well as sales product training. 


  • Assist business sales representatives and major account coordinators across all footprints in assessing customer's business solutions needs. Also assist with preparing and presenting adequate proposals and or RFP's to win business and grow the bottom line.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating product knowledge sales training for all business sales teams.
  • Prospect, Implement and Manage vendor relations with IT Firms and other technology companies that produce effective leads for business sales.
  • Work closely with management and engineering in assessing current product solutions and how they are meeting our customers needs, as well as looking for new and innovative solutions for future opportunities to grow the bottom line.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Business Sales.


  • Bachelor Degree preferred, or equivalent technical background.
  • 5 years Business telecom applications, Network equipment/integration, Customer support background required.
  • Computer applications, Engineering, Network Information Services or related area, excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, multi-tasking.
  • Engineering and/or Computer and Networking-related certifications, voice and data/telecom network training.
